Commander in chief

From the CNN Democratic presidential debate in Texas And here's the question. Are you suggesting that Senator Obama is not ready; he doesn't have the experience to be commander in chief? That's a question of: What did you mean by that phrase?

CLINTON: What I mean is that, you know, for more than 15 years, I've been honored to represent our country in more than 80 countries to negotiate on matters such as opening borders for refugees during the war in Kosovo, to stand up for women's rights as human rights around the world. I've served on the Senate.
Twice they threw her the softball, giving her a chance to blast Obama's readiness to be commander in chief, and twice she let it go. Hillary has given up. She knows she is defeated.
