It is very good they identified this threat, and I notice the authorities are being very politically correct. The word "muslim" did not appear anywhere in this article..... According to BBC sources the "principal characters" suspected of being involved in the plot were British-born. There are also understood to be links to Pakistan.
This is the only reference to the source of the "principal characters" and it was at the bottom of the article.
