Hillary needs to act now

Hillary needs to act now, or she doesn't have a chance.

Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, a supporter of Sen. Hillary Clinton, thinks Obama will get the nomination, as does Frank Rich. Some nutcase in Mexico wories that if Obama gets the nomination he will be assassinated, leaving the road to the White House paved for McCain, so he thinks Clinton should accept the Vice Presidency nomination. I really don't think assassination is likely; the secret service does a good job of protecting candidates, but even if a candidate dies I think the party selects a new candidate, I don't think the VP candidate automatically becomes the Presidential candidate. But after the terrible campaign she has run, I don't think the Dems would be stupid enough to pick her as their candidate. If she wants to have any chance at getting the nmination, Hillary needs to start confronting Obama on some differences. And since Obama is upset the Democratic Party has not forced Hillary to drop out, he must feel e is vulnerable.
