Don, the funeral was very moving. It's one of the sad realities of military life but thank God young men are willing to make such a sacrifice.

The funeral came just days before John Kerry's remarks about the education of the military. CPL Unger was fresh out of high school when he joined the Army. He worked on Ft. Leavenworth since he was 13 and loved the military. I feel especially bad for Unger's memory when I think of John Kerry.
