One of the best and least stressful Christmases I've had as an adult was the year I was too poor to buy gifts. I made practically every single one. I think people appreciated the time and effort I put into their gifts. Maybe I'll do it again next year.
And to think that money saved could go to give people clean fresh water to drink...
